Mai Wah Dragon

Citrus, spice and fire - that's nice

The Mai Wah museum in Butte, Montana is dedicated to sharing the history of our Chinese Community. We are so grateful to have a diverse background rooted in our hometown and love to be inspired by the history right next door. Citrus, spice and fire on the back end – this dragon can be as hot or as calm as you would like. Either way, it will definitely keep you warm during the winter.

1-2 oz Anselmo Gin
¾ oz Headframe Habanero Simple Syrup
2-3 Fresh Mint leaves, muddled
Fresh Orange, Lemon and Lime cut into wedges
2 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Fresh Lime for garnish

In a shaker muddle 2-3 Mint Leaves
Add squeeze of Orange, Lime and Lemon to extinguish the flames
Add Anselmo Gin, Headframe Habanero Simple Syrup and Grapefruit Juice to shaker
Shake to combine the Dragon’s power
Strain and loosely pour into glass filled with ice to keep some refreshing mint
Garnish with Lime and get ready to feel the heat
