French 75

While this recipe is not available in our Tasting Room, it would be great in your kitchen! Enjoy a party in your mouth where Champagne meets Lemon, all heightened by the citrus notes found inside our Anselmo Gin.

Ingredients
1 oz Anselmo Gin
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Headframe Plain Simple Syrup
3 oz Champagne
Lemon Twist for garnish

Procedure 
Add the Anselmo Gin, Lemon Juice and Headframe Plain Simple Syrup to a shaker with ice
Shake swiftly until chilled
Strain into a Champagne flute
Top with Champagne and memories of the past
Garnish with Lemon Twist
Enjoy in your own, private gin joint
