In honor of the Kelley Mine that lives on here in Butte, Montana we continue to look for new ways to help its legacy live on. The Rusty Kelley is one of those ways. Using our Kelley Single Malt Whiskey and Drambuie – which comes from the Gaelic meaning, “the drink that satisfies,” – we create this inviting cocktail.
Ingredients
2 oz Kelley Single Malt
½ oz Drambuie
1 dash Angostura Bitters (optional)
Directions
Fill a whiskey glass with ice
Add Scotch, Drambuie and bitters (if using)
Stir thoroughly and serve
This simple two-ingredient cocktail is a Montana staple in every home because everyone loves a Dirty Girl. You can add more or less of each product to suit your preferred taste. After all, it is your drink – have fun with it!
Ingredients
Orphan Girl Bourbon Cream Liqueur
Root Beer, we use Barq’s
Directions
Fill glass with ice, we recommend using a Dirty Girl Mixing Glass
Add Orphan Girl
Top with Root Beer (50-50 ratio is best)
Note
If your Dirty Girl separates, it is due to the root beer having too much acidity. You can increase the amount of Orphan Girl to fix the ratio and prevent it from separating.
